* WHAT...Additional flooding caused by excessive is possible this
evening through the overnight.

* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas,
Atchison KS, Doniphan, Johnson KS, Leavenworth and Wyandotte and
Missouri, including the following areas, Adair, Andrew, Atchison
MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Daviess,
De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Jackson, Lafayette, Linn
MO, Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Nodaway, Platte, Putnam, Ray,
Saline, Schuyler, Sullivan and Worth.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.
